My guilty pleasure for the last 99 episodes has been the TV series Bones, however last week has forever ruined the series for me.
I know the hardest thing about a TV series is when to change the status quo and when to call it quits. Everyone wants to go out on top, no one wants to change a formula that works, but sometimes things need to be shaken up.
Mind you this is one persons opinion on one TV show in the vast history of TV, so who knows, I could be wrong. Bones basic premise is beautiful FBI agent meets beautiful scientist, sexual tension and crime solving ensue. And that’s all we have had for the last 99 episodes. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed that, but now they’ve opened up the possibility of the dynamic changing, which I personally think would breathe new life into the show, and they took it back.
They basically said I love you and took it back.
And let’s face it, there are somethings you just can’t take back.
